Open-source notices.

EyesRhythm’s own code is MIT. Selling a packaged copy does not re-license the libraries inside it.

Official Mac and Windows copies include LICENSE, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, and the texts under licenses/. In the app: Settings → About → Open-source licenses in this copy.

Apache 2.0 — MediaPipe, the Face Landmarker model, OpenCV.

LGPLv2.1 — FFmpeg, shipped inside the OpenCV Python wheel as a replaceable library. EyesRhythm source does not have to be published because of this. The LGPL text travels with the copy.

MIT / BSD — FastAPI, Pydantic, React, Vite, Uvicorn, pywebview, NumPy, and related helpers.

SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Inter. Bundled with the app and this site. The font is not sold on its own.

PyInstaller is a build tool under GPL-2.0 with an explicit exception that allows freezing commercial applications. Inno Setup builds the Windows installer under a modified BSD license.

The Sound-mode alert tone is shipped with EyesRhythm. Practice quotations are public-domain lines from the original list (ancient writers, or authors who died in 1925 or earlier).
